Personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we inform you that the controller of personal data is WBA Europa Sp. z o.o., KRS 0001062545.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of booking accommodation and providing hotel services.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the provision of services.
Additionally, with the guest’s consent, their personal data will be processed for marketing purposes within the scope of the consent given. Data may also be subject to profiling within the scope of the consent granted.
Data collected for the purpose of providing hotel services will be processed for the period specified by law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent, until the consent is withdrawn.
Data obtained from monitoring are deleted no later than 7 days from the date of recording.
You have the right to access your data, correct them, transfer them, and obtain a copy of the personal data processed by the hotel. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, request the restriction of processing, request deletion, and the right to be forgotten in the case of processing for marketing purposes.
Your data may be shared with or transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- transport and taxi companies when ordering transport or courier services for the guest;
- companies providing IT support services for the hotel;
- companies providing accounting services;
- companies providing legal services.
If you believe that your personal data are being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
