The property is located at the edge of the hiking trails of the Szrenica massif, surrounded by mountains, forests and the Kamieńczyk stream. The centre of Szklarska Poręba is approximately a 10-minute walk away (850 m). One hotel
An unforgettable atmosphere, enhanced by the surrounding nature, is created by the harmonious diversity of the property, which combines an Art Nouveau villa with a modern hotel and leisure area. In the historic villa, our guests can enjoy two intimate rooms – a fireplace room and a banquet room – as well as three individually styled rooms, including one suite and a studio with two bedrooms. Retro and Art Deco styles take centre stage here – a must-see for fans of bygone eras.
The new part of the hotel features 60 rooms, the “Kwiat Paproci” Restaurant, as well as recreation, wellness and entertainment areas. The hotel also offers high-standard conference and training rooms, along with a dedicated space for barbecue gatherings and bonfires.

The "Kwiat Paproci” Restaurant, in addition to its excellent and varied breakfasts, delights guests with dishes inspired by traditional cuisine with a modern twist, as well as a well-stocked bar. On the wall separating the historic part of the hotel from the restaurant, you will find a complimentary all-day tea buffet and a dispenser offering sparkling, still and hot water. History

The history of the place where Hotel Europa Górnicza Strzecha now stands began in 1894. That was the year when the “Wietersheim” House was built – an elegant villa that witnessed the transformation of Szklarska Poręba over the following decades. Originally owned by the Wietersheim family, the house came into the possession of Maria von Kramsta towards the end of the 19th century and became one of the meeting places of the former artists’ colony in Szklarska Poręba.
